The positioning versatility of the Prama intramucosal implant well combines with a digital design of the prosthesis.

Thanks to the original components dedicated to digital workflow, on Prama implants it is possible to design both screw-retained and cement-retained crowns by freely choosing the margins and the closing profile on the abutment, at the level of the platform or on the convergent portion of the neck
Alongside the T-Connect supports, available both in the standard and in the “Prama IN” versions, the Interfase Dynamica supports are also available. They are designed for prostheses in the aesthetic zone, whose peculiar morphology allows the screw hole to be displaced up to a maximum of 30°, at the in order to avoid unsightly vestibular holes.

For a total customization of the crown, Sweden & Martina has developed shoulderless interphases which, in addition to offering the opportunity to displace the screw hole, allow you to design the closure of the prosthesis both on the interphase itself and on the implant neck.

All these solutions can be implemented thanks to Prama Designer, the prosthetic design software that simplifies communication and workflow between the clinician and the laboratory.
In the case of closure of the prosthesis on the intramucosal neck of the implant, Sweden & Martina has developed a solution that allows to obtain a crown with totally free anatomical closure: the Prama FIT crown, designed using Prama Designer software and produced exclusively by our Milling Center.
