COLLEX ONE CONNECTION
Prama implant is characterized by the Collex ONE connection, already present in Premium One, Kohno One and Shelta implant systems.
The presence of a prosthetic support collar, positioned inside the internal hexagon connection, guarantees excellent prosthetic stability and allows optimal implant engagement through the patented Easy Insert drivers for in place insertion with the mountless technique.

The connection diameter is always the same for all the implant diameters, in this way the management of the prosthetic components is optimized and simplified.

PROSTHETIC SCREWS WITH CONICAL SUPPORT
Prama prosthetic screws with conical support have been designed to improve the prosthetic fastening and are available in two versions: Full head and with standard head.
Standard fixation screws with conical support are particularly useful when the total height of the posts must be consistently reduced; the size of the head of the screw, equal to that of the screw hole of the prosthesis posts, allows no space for the cement used to fix the crown. HSM screwdrivers contained in Prama surgical kit must be used for their tightening, the same used for traditional prosthetic screws.
Full Head screws have the same conical support, but have an external hexagon of reduced dimensions on the top that simplifies the tightening in case of angles posts, thus avoiding undercuts. Dedicated screwdrivers, available in different heights, must be used for their tightening.

SCREWS FOR PROSTHESIS IN THE AESTHETIC ZONE

Prosthesis in the aesthetic zone, both with analogical and digital technique, can be shaped on Prama implants thanks to the dedicated components, Dynamic Abutments and Interfase Dynamica, that permit to move the screw hole in palatal or lingual position, thus avoiding unsightly vestibular holes, up to 30°.
This is made possible by the peculiar internal morphology of the screw head, that must be engaged with a screwdriver with a specially designed hexalobular tip which allows the head of the screw to be engaged even in the presence of extreme angulations.
PROSTHETIC SCREWS TIGHTENING TORQUE
The screwdrivers for Prama implants are available both with right angle shank and with hexagonal connector. Given the importance of the tightening torque, it is recommended to use always the screwdrivers with hexagonal connector, keeping always the exerted torque under control with the dynamometric ratchet. To facilitate the joint of the screws or of the threaded sections of the prosthetic components, the screwing should be started with the digital screwdrivers.

Recommended torque for the tightening of prosthetic components
8-10 Ncm – surgical cover screws, healing abutments
20-25 Ncm – all prosthetic screws
25-30 Ncm – all prosthetic components with direct screwing onto an implant
8-10 Ncm – transfer fixation screws
SURGICAL KIT
The Prama surgical kit is a compact kit, easy to use and immediate in the succession of the sequence of instruments. The kit contains instruments necessary for the insertion of both Prama implants with cylindrical endosseous morphology, and Prama RF implants with conical body, and the necessary screwdrivers for the prosthetic rehabilitation phase.

An additional set of drills is available for the insertion of Prama and Prama RF h 6.00 mm.
In addition to being useful for verifying the correct axis of surgical preparation, these tools ensure optimal intraoperative management of the implant insertion level, facilitating the clinician's choice among the different necks available (Short - Regular - Long).
PINS FOR THE POSITIONING OF THE PRAMA NECK
The pins in fact have very evident notches (engraved, not lasered) which guarantee the clinician good intraoperative visibility of the neck level with respect to the bone peaks, thus allowing to verify the implant insertion with greater awareness based on the type of neck chosen.
MATERIALS
Implants are made in Gr. 4 commercially pure titanium, obtained from cold worked processing which gives superior mechanical characteristics while maintaining excellent biocompatibility.
Prosthetic components are produced in grade 5 titanium.
