Prama implant quality control starts from the titanium raw material, which is thoroughly checked upon its receipt to verify its hardness and chemical properties. Every manufacturing step includes visual and mechanical inspections, with special attention to the precision of the connections and the roughness of the surface treatments. Every single implant undergoes thorough cleaning using Argon plasma in a clean room, before packaging and subsequent sterilization using beta rays.
