Prama offers a complete implant range suitable for every clinical need.
Different endosseous morphologies, different thread typologies, a wide range of heights and diameters, all characterized by belonging to the Prama family, a guarantee of high-level implant-prosthetic rehabilitation.

Prama, with a cylindrical morphology documented by over 20 years of clinical experience, guarantees the maximum bone-implant contact surface.

The tripod apex confers great penetration capacity and excellent primary stability;

Prama RF (“Root Form”), with a tapered morphology particularly suitable for the jaw and for poorly mineralized bone, is able to obtain maximum stability. Given the rounded apex, it is also optimal even in the case of maxillary sinus lift.

Prama RF SL: progressive thickness thread, the implant of choice for post-extraction protocols. The implant body morphology is tapered, but the thread develops keeping the maximum external profile costant;

Prama Shorty: with cylindrical or tapered morphology, ideal for anatomical situations with low vertical dimension;

Prama Slim: ideal in cases where there is limited prosthetic space in the anterior sectors and in the presence of thin ridges.

Available with Short Neck (1.80 mm) or with Regular Neck (2.80 mm).

Prama Nasal and Pterygoid

In the presence of severe atrophy, there are alternatives to bone regeneration that can increase the

predictability of treatment and also allow immediate loading.

The extension of the Prama range makes it possible to take advantage of the nasal and pterygoid positioning to

increase the primary stability and biomechanical resistance of the entire rehabilitation.

These techniques, within the reach of many medium-advanced implantologists, prove to be simple when

combined with a serious pre-surgical study that allows to highlight the bone to be engaged, the inclination of

the implant and the anatomical limitations.
