CLINICIAN > MORE SPACE FOR SOFT TISSUES
The convergent morphology of the Prama neck allows to recover the portion of soft tissue that with a traditional transgingival implant would be occupied by the titanium of the implant neck. The convergence of Prama means that the volumes around the coronal portion of the implant are instead filled with clot and important regrowth factors, which are transformed into thick and functional soft tissues.
The thickening of the gum surrounding the Prama neck represents an undisputed benefit, especially in patients with a thinner biotype, in which this innovative implant thickens the soft tissues without resorting to regenerative techniques.
Connective tissue stabilization, made possible by the convergent morphology and the UTM micro-thread, ensures that everything underneath it remains protected and isolated from potential bacterial attacks. Therefore the bone is preserved effectively and for a long time, as amply demonstrated by the clinical outcomes.
