They are characterized by a peculiar morphology
Two large milled surfaces for a unique and stable repositioning in the printed model.
A central hole, for an additional horizontal fixation with a special pin (cod. PIN-ANA-DIG). The vestibular fixation pin is not supplied and it is universal for all digital analogs. To allow the pin to pass, the 3D model is printed with a hole determined by the CAD library.
A thread in the lower part, for screwing the analogs to the bottom of the model ensuring their correct position and optimal stability. The special fixation screw (cod. VADIG-180) is supplied with the analog and it is universal for all the digital analogs.
CARRIER
To insert and remove the analogs on the model, dedicated carriers are optionally available. They are specific according to the implant systems and they have to be purchased separately
